This is not a monthly check-in call. Over six months we work the strategy and the execution together. We start by getting clear on your offer and your numbers, then build the priorities month by month and adjust as the market and your business tell us what is working.

How the 6 Months Run

Install it. Run it. Make it compound.

Install, months 1 and 2. A full audit of your marketing system and one source of truth in your CRM. One core automation live, from lead capture to nurture to a booked call. Messaging and offer locked so they stop drifting. A dashboard stood up so every session after this one starts from real numbers.

Operate, months 3 and 4. Two more automations or AI agents built into the business. Content or campaign direction, with the assets you need to run it. Where tactical work is needed I coordinate the partner and you deal with one person. Month 4 is the first 90-day reset.

Compound, months 5 and 6. An optimization pass on everything that’s live. Handover documentation so the systems keep running whether or not I’m in the room. And a roadmap for the next 6 months, which you can run yourself or run with me.

Six-month consulting is for when you want a strategist to carry the whole plan through, month after month, instead of handing it off.

Not a retainer. Not a pep talk.

There is no creative team behind me. There’s me, you, and your priority list. One system a month gets built. Anything bigger than that, a website build, paid ads, print or design, gets quoted separately and delivered by a trusted partner, and I’ll tell you when that’s the right call.
